Production capacity
See the machines behind the quotation.
Buyers should be able to judge whether a supplier's equipment, workholding, process planning and inspection approach fit the part—not rely on a generic capability claim.
- Machining routeMatch geometry and critical features to the right setup.
- Process controlsDefine revision, material and inspection checkpoints.
- Secondary operationsReview finishing, heat treatment and outside processes before quoting.
Quality planning
Confidence comes from an agreed verification plan.
Before production, identify the drawing revision, material requirement, critical dimensions, inspection method and documentation expected with the shipment.
Confirm specifications and open technical questions.
Plan checks around critical features and process risks.
Agree reports and acceptance evidence for the order.

Certificates & intellectual property

The original site showed badges; the optimized version explains what each supplied document actually supports and what still requires review.

IATF 16949
Supplied certificate names Jinxi (Shanghai) Precision Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and shows validity through 4 November 2026.

RoHS report
Supplied report names Shanghai Jinxi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and is dated 23 April 2025; it is not treated as blanket certification.

Utility-model patents
Three authorization records from 2024 are retained in the evidence library.

Companies we have worked with
Selected cooperation experience from Jinxi's company profile.
The original cooperation board is retained prominently because recognizable programme experience helps buyers qualify a supplier. Company marks indicate historical cooperation context, not endorsement; programme scope remains subject to NDA and trademark limits.

Application experience
Industry context changes the machining decision.
Use the industry pages to understand design, documentation and supplier-evaluation questions. Regulated or safety-critical requirements must be confirmed project by project.

Frequently asked questions
Answers for precision-part buyers.
What information is needed for a CNC machining quote?
Provide a 2D or 3D drawing, revision, material, quantity, surface finish, critical dimensions, inspection requirements, destination and target delivery date. Missing information may be clarified before quotation.
Can Jinxi achieve ±0.003 mm?
Jinxi states capability down to ±0.003 mm for suitable features. It is not a blanket tolerance: geometry, material, feature size, setup, datum structure and measurement method must be reviewed before confirmation.
Which file types can be uploaded?
The RFQ form accepts PDF, DWG, STEP, STP and ZIP files up to 10 MB. Apply your normal confidentiality and NDA controls before sharing sensitive drawings.
How is quality documentation determined?
Inspection reports, material records and other documentation should be agreed during quotation according to the drawing, application and customer requirements.
