Yes, project-specific material records, dimensional inspection reports, first-article records and relevant process or finish certificates can be agreed before production when they are required by the customer. The exact document format, inspection sampling, traceability level, retention period and any additional cost must be defined during quotation; documents are not assumed to be identical for every order.
