2. Information we collect
- Quotation and contact details: name, company, business email, telephone number, country and the information you enter in an RFQ.
- Manufacturing requirements: process, material, quantity, tolerance, finish, inspection, destination, timing and other project details you choose to provide.
- Files: drawings and related documents that you deliberately upload. Files are stored for controlled access and are not attached to notification emails.
- Optional anonymous analytics: page path, referring website hostname, general country code supplied by our delivery network, anonymous session token and allowlisted interaction events. Analytics does not accept names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, IP addresses or drawing contents.
3. Why we use this information
- To review your request, communicate with you and prepare or administer a quotation.
- To assess manufacturability, inspection, delivery, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain an auditable inquiry workflow.
- When you allow optional analytics, to understand which pages and inquiry paths are useful and improve the website.
Depending on the applicable law and the context, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or your consent. Optional browser analytics is not activated unless you select “Allow anonymous analytics.”
4. AI-guided inquiry assistant
The website assistant uses predefined, reviewed questions and rules to help you prepare an RFQ summary. It does not make binding statements about price, delivery, tolerance or manufacturability. Contact details and files are collected only when you continue to the RFQ page and submit the form. The assistant conversation is not sent to anonymous analytics.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by authorized Jinxi personnel and service providers needed to host, secure and operate the website. Our website is hosted by Kinsta and uses its delivery and security infrastructure. Information submitted from outside China may therefore be processed across borders. We do not sell personal information.
6. Storage and retention
- Optional anonymous analytics events are automatically removed after the retention period shown in our analytics settings, currently no longer than 180 days.
- RFQ records and uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to evaluate the request, maintain the business relationship, resolve disputes, protect confidential information and meet legal or contractual obligations.
- If a quotation does not proceed, we normally review whether the record is still required within 24 months.
7. Security
We use role-based access, controlled file downloads, audit records, transport encryption and hosting security controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit controlled, export-restricted or unusually sensitive information until an appropriate NDA and transfer method have been agreed.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose “Necessary only” to use the website without optional browser analytics, and you can reopen “Privacy choices” from the footer. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact either privacy email above. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.
