Prepare a comparable quotation request
Send the current 2D drawing and available 3D model, material grade and condition, batch quantity, annual demand, finish, critical dimensions, required reports and delivery destination. Identify the drawing revision and tell us whether an NDA is needed before any sensitive files are shared. Do not submit restricted technical data until the appropriate transfer route has been agreed.
For US and European destinations, ask for transport responsibilities and quotation inclusions to be written down. Do not assume freight, duties, taxes or special inspection are included in a unit price unless the quotation expressly says so.
