Plan initial batches and repeat CNC orders with Jinxi Precision in Shanghai. Share drawings, batch sizes, annual demand and inspection requirements so your production and delivery assumptions can be reviewed.
A successful first batch is only one part of a repeat-order purchasing decision. Buyers also need a clear drawing revision, agreed quality documents and a supply plan for later releases. From our Shanghai factory, Jinxi Precision reviews both initial CNC batches and ongoing production requirements for overseas customers.
Share your batch quantity and annual demand
Match the quantity to the manufacturing plan
Our project review range extends from dozens to hundreds of thousands of parts. It is not a blanket capacity or delivery guarantee. Geometry, material availability, tooling, inspection and the timing of releases determine what can be committed for your order.
- First batch: identify the current revision, purpose of the initial quantity, critical features and acceptance requirements.
- Repeat batch: confirm whether the drawing, material, finish, inspection or packaging requirements have changed.
- Annual program: distinguish a demand forecast from confirmed purchase quantities and state the expected release schedule.
Before moving from samples to production
Define what constitutes approval before the first batch starts. State which dimensions require reporting, which material records are needed and who will resolve open technical questions. First-article records and other inspection documents can be agreed where required; report format, sampling, traceability and any additional cost are defined during quotation.
Do not assume a sample approval automatically covers a later drawing revision or a changed process requirement. Flag changes in the repeat RFQ so engineering and purchasing can review their effect on price, inspection and timing.
Send a production-ready RFQ
- Part number and drawing revision, with 2D drawing and available 3D model.
- Material grade and condition; finish and protected surfaces.
- Initial quantity, expected repeat quantity and annual forecast.
- Critical features, acceptance criteria and required documentation.
- Delivery destination, release dates and packaging requirements.
- Any qualification, traceability, NDA or controlled-transfer requirements.
Compare total supply cost, not only unit price
Ask for the treatment of setup or tooling, recurring inspection, documentation, packaging and transport to be clear in each quotation. A quoted volume break only applies to the assumptions stated in that quotation. We do not advertise a universal price, fixed lead time or automatic discount for an unreviewed part.
