Specify CNC inspection reports, material records and traceability before production. Use Jinxi Precision’s buyer checklist to define document scope, drawing revision, acceptance requirements and quotation inputs for your next order.
Need CNC parts with inspection records your quality team can actually use? Tell Jinxi Precision what must be measured, how acceptance is defined and which documents must accompany the order before production is agreed. A request for “high quality” alone does not define the required evidence.
Send your drawing and quality-document requirements

Documents to specify in your RFQ
- Material records: state the grade, condition and required link between material documentation and delivered parts.
- Dimensional report: identify critical dimensions, drawing revision, report format and required sampling.
- First-article records: state the applicable customer requirements, approval route and deliverables.
- Process or finish records: specify which certificates or records are needed for the selected process.
- Traceability: define batch or part identification, marking, retention and document-delivery requirements.
Project-specific material records, dimensional reports, first-article records and relevant process or finish certificates can be agreed where required. Availability and scope must be confirmed for the actual order. A general document list is not a claim that every customer standard or certification is already supported.
Make critical requirements visible
Supply the controlled 2D drawing with datums, tolerance notes and revision, together with any useful 3D model. Identify critical features and functional requirements. If your quality team needs a specific measurement approach or acceptance rule, include it rather than leaving it to be inferred from a model.
Our published tight-tolerance capability is conditional. A selected feature capability does not mean every feature on a part can use the same tolerance. Review the geometry, material, setup and measurement plan together before acceptance.
Three purchasing checkpoints
- Quotation: agree document scope, format, sampling, traceability and associated cost.
- Production release: resolve open technical questions and identify the approved drawing revision.
- Shipment: check the agreed records against the correct order or batch and confirm delivery arrangements.
Certification is a separate check
Inspect the published quality and certification materials for their actual scope. An industry customer relationship does not by itself establish certification, customer approval for a new program or suitability for a regulated end use.
